Our Deep Hole Drilling machine is one of the longest in the UAE and has the capability to Drill up to a length of 12 meters / 40 ft in one pass with a diameter from 2” / 50.8mm to 13.5” / 342 mm. The Honing machine can hone in one pass a length of 10 meters / 33 ft and a diameter from 2” / 50.8mm to 20” / 500mm. Advanced tooling and skilled operators with hands-on experience will optimise the production settings depending on the material and finish required. We can do Deep hole drilling on all types of alloy steel, Inconel – 625, 925, 718, 3 chrome, 9 chrome, 23 chrome, Super duplex, SS Grade – 304,316.
